dear self: it was a rough week, much better than last week. there were a couple steps forward. group run with the running store was interesting...started to doubt myself for a few minutes, but then checked it off as a lesson learned.
dear half marathon: I see you coming...you make me nervous.
dear debra: thank you for everything!
dear risa: can't wait to see you next week.
dear yoga: I think we are becoming friends. I go to meet you even when I'm feeling bad or sad, you make me feel better, thank you.. (picture above is from yoga this week)
dear next week: spring break! yay!
