2nd Half Marathon is almost here...

I'm at the end of training for my second half marathon.  I'm so excited to run the 3M Half Marathon

Ok, really I'm not excited, I'm seriously nervous.  Today was my last 'long' run and it was really a horrible run.  Everything that could irritate me...DID.  Ugh.  I think it's important to talk about my bad runs.  Because running for me isn't easy.  Yes, it's nice to post my mileage on Instagram and Facebook and most people think it's all fun and smiles.  But some days are just hard, your legs feel like rocks, your stomach doesn't agree with you.  Today my nose would not stop running and I just hate blowing my nose when I'm out, but if your nose is stuffy, you can't breathe.

I needed to do something to get back on track after my run, so I did all things that makes me happy.
Amazing pedicure - check.
Shopping - check.
Lunch with the kids - check.  
Nap - double check!

So now I'm happy and relaxing.
