this one is a little hard for me.  I've had people in my life who have hurt me and made me question who I am.  I just can no longer tolerate this.  I'm learning to love and appreciate who I am.  I work hard and I will only surround myself with people who will celebrate this with me not tear me down.  

hurt me once, shame on you.  hurt me twice, shame on me.
