DIY Traveler's Journals with Paper House

Happy Friday everyone!
What a week, I'm ready to relax and unwind this weekend with friends and family.  Today I teamed up with Paper House and created traveler's journals.

We used the Sun Drenched Paper Pad - I'm in love.  The colors are so vibrant and remind me of summer vacations.  I can almost hear the waves crashing on the beach just by looking at this paper.   Most of you know, I'm a journal hoarder.  I saw this paper and could resist, this is a perfect way to journal an upcoming vacation.

This project is really easy to do, you only need a few things to get started:

Supplies:

  1. Select paper from your paper pack and trim covers using your paper cutter to 8.25 x 8.5 inches
  2. Also, trim your printer paper to 8.25 x 8.5 inches.
  3. Place the cover on top of the stacked and cut printer or copy paper sheets and fold.
  4. Crease with a bold folder, if needed.
  5. Staple on the crease.
  6. Trim paper with your scissors or paper cutter if needed.
  7. Add stickers and other elements with the sticker sheet included in the paper pack.  I used the journaling pages from the paper pack and just used my Xyron Creative Maker to add adhesive to the back and added this to the front of my journal.
What a fun project.  Please leave a comment and let me know of some of your upcoming summer vacation plans.
