What a week, I'm ready to relax and unwind this weekend with friends and family. Today I teamed up with Paper House and created traveler's journals.
We used the Sun Drenched Paper Pad - I'm in love. The colors are so vibrant and remind me of summer vacations. I can almost hear the waves crashing on the beach just by looking at this paper. Most of you know, I'm a journal hoarder. I saw this paper and could resist, this is a perfect way to journal an upcoming vacation.
This project is really easy to do, you only need a few things to get started:
Supplies:
- Paper House Sun Drenched Scrapbook Paper Pack for journal covers
- Xyron Creative Station
- 10 sheets 8 ½ X 11 printer or copy paper per journal
- Stapler
- Scissors
- Paper Cutter
- Bone folder
- Select paper from your paper pack and trim covers using your paper cutter to 8.25 x 8.5 inches
- Also, trim your printer paper to 8.25 x 8.5 inches.
- Place the cover on top of the stacked and cut printer or copy paper sheets and fold.
- Crease with a bold folder, if needed.
- Staple on the crease.
- Trim paper with your scissors or paper cutter if needed.
- Add stickers and other elements with the sticker sheet included in the paper pack. I used the journaling pages from the paper pack and just used my Xyron Creative Maker to add adhesive to the back and added this to the front of my journal.
