I found shaker cake (and cupcake) toppers to be a little difficult to put together with all the supplies needed to DIY one for myself.  I created a way to simplify this shaker topper process.  You will be able to make several in minutes.  And the best part - no foam tape or glue guns needed.  Let get started.

Supplies:
Beacon 3-in-1 Craft Glue
Glitter
2X2 inch clear bag
Cutouts, cut using my Cricut, you can find the file here
Small Craft sticks, paper straw, or lollipop stick
Scissors or wire cutters (depending on the thickness of the sticks)

Step 1:  Pour a small amount of glitter into the clear bag and seal.

Step 2:  Add 3-in1 to the frame cut out.

Step 3:  Add the clear bag filled with glitter onto the frame cut out.  Allow drying for a few moments.

Step 4:  Flip over and add 3-in-1 to the other side of the clear bag.

Step 5:  Add square backing, pressing firmly.  Allow drying for a few moments.

Step 6:  If needed trim craft sticks.  Add 3-in-1 and attach to the back part of your shaker card.

Step 7:  Add 3-in-1 to the other side of the craft stick, and to the backside of the shaker card, and then add decorative frame cut out.  Let completely dry.

Step 8:  Add to cupcakes and enjoy.
