It's the start of a new year.  Building habits is essential for your organization, health & wellness, and future success.  Today I created a fun habit tracker I wanted to share with you.

Need ideas on what you can add, here are 10 habits you can add to your Habit Tracker.

  • Gratitude: Each day, list a few things you're grateful for.
  • Exercise: 30 minutes a day, think of yoga, walking, or jogging.
  • Meditation: Take a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness and relaxation. 
  • Eating Healthy: This one is hard for me, but I'm trying to improve.  
  • Journaling: Write it out.  I keep a daily 365-day journal on my nightstand.  I bought it from Amazon; you can find it here.
  • Time Management: Track your day with a calendar.  I use one from Erin Condren. You can find it here.
  • Self-care: Set aside time to do something that makes you feel good.  Doing something special for someone else, volunteering, or making a donation.  
  • Reading: Save a bit of time to reading something inspiring or educational.
  • Connecting: Reach out to family and friends to stay connected. I text or call my kids and remind them how great they are.  
  • Goal Setting: Set short and long-term goals, then make a daily goal and review it daily.
