Best Smoothie: My On the Go Breakfast

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1/4 cup Plain Noosa Yoghurt
1 teaspoon agave (optional)

Place everything into a blender and mix.  Noosa is one of the best yoghurt's I've tasted.  Plain is new and I have not been able to find it in stores in my area, but I think it should arrive pretty soon.  Some of my other favorite flavors are:
Honey...the best
Lemon...better than icecream

1.  I use frozen strawberries they double for the ice.  (You can also use frozen bananas)
2.  Only add agave if you want to, it's completely optional

If I'm running late and still drinking my coffee, I just add a little washi tape to cover the hole in my cup and to also hold the straw, then I just drop it in my lunch box with a freeze pack and it's still perfect by 10AM
