Here it is!!
I must admit I get a little excited to post these for everyone to see. I ran 18 miles this week - lots less compared to last week - but it's ok. My race is coming up next week and it's time to slow down a bit. And to be honest, I did need to take time to get better as I had bad acid reflux issues this week, which includes lots of sleep issues (+ no sleep) and so I went to the doctor. Happy I'm getting back on track. Not 100% but getting there.
I also decided to sign up for a few more races. I will keep those quiet for now and will share as those dates get closer. #EXCITED! #NERVOUS
