Advent Calendar with Cricut EasyPress2

Can you believe we are only weeks away from Dec 1st?  I can't.  This year has flown by.   I do love the holiday season and anything to celebrate the holidays.  Today I teamed up with Cricut and created this advent calendar using the Cricut Maker and also the Cricut EasyPress2.

I love this project and the way it turned out.  It was pretty easy - this entire project was completed in about 45 minutes thanks to the ease of the Cricut Maker and the Cricut EasyPress2.  For this project, we used the 6 x 7 inch EasyPress2.

The Easypress2 gives even heat from edge to edge, so we were able to get this project set up and finished in a flash.  And the Cricut Maker cuts hundreds of materials quickly and accurately, so this glitter vinyl was cut quickly and smoothly.  Create this project for your self or create as a gift.

I just needed a few things to complete this project, here is your supply list to get started:
Cricut Maker
Cricut EasyPress2 (6x7 inch)
Cricut Glitter Iron Vinyl
Cotton Pouches
Cricut Weeding Tool
Cricut True Control Knife
Cricut 12x24 Light Grip or Standard Grip Mat

You can find the cut file HERE

Place your glitter vinyl shiny side down onto your machine mat.  Remember to mirror your design before cutting.  Cut design.
And remove excess.
Use the Cricut EasyPress Interactive Quick Reference Guide to determine the correct heat settings for your material.  You can find the guide HERE.

 Peel the protective sheet.
Decorate your mantle.
I hope you liked this project as much as I enjoyed creating it.  Please leave us a comment letting us know, do you decorate your mantle for the holidays.  Thank you so much for stopping by.
