Felt Flower Wreath with Beacon

The weather is so nice here in Texas, spring is coming, I can feel it! Today I teamed up with Beacon Adhesives to create this Felt Flower Wreath to get ready for my most favorite time of the year. Spring brings showers but it also brings rainbows, spring flowers, and great weather.

I stepped outside my comfort zone to worked with felt and I must say I’m in love. The project was easy, took a little time. To be honest I wanted to keep creating more flowers - Beacon’s Fabri-Tac made it so easy.

Let’s get started with a list of supplies:

Beacon Fabri-Tac

Beacon Power Tac

2 wooden floral hoops

Craft or chalk paint

Felt

Felt flower SVG

Ribbon to hang (optional)

Step 1:

Paint the wooden floral hoops, let them dry.

Step 2:

Upload your felt flower SVG’s into your cutting machine’s online program and cut out flower patterns.

Step 3:

Attach the two hoops together using Beacon Power Tac, hold for 60 seconds.

Step 4:

Create your flowers, using the Beacon Fabri-Tac to help hold them in place.

Step 5:

Glue your flowers to the wreath, let dry, then hang or place on a bookshelf.

I’m getting so comfortable getting outside my comfort zone and using materials I have not used before. The Beacon Fabri-Tac dries fast and made the project easy.

I’ve added another favorite adhesive to my list of craft glues - Beacon’s Fabri-Tac is another one we will keep stock of in our craft room. It won’t soak into fabrics and much easier to use than hemming tapes or glue guns. It can be used on canvas, lace, trims, ribbons, wood, sequins, paper, glass, drapery, leather, suede, plastics, pearls, jewels, rhinestones, and more.

Get 20% off ALL craft glues at Beacon Adhesives using code “TISA20” at checkout. Exclusions apply.

Thank you so much for joining me today, please reach out with any questions and tell us if you have tried using Fabri-Tac and share what you have made - I can’t wait to see your projects.
